ORDER

Once your order has been placed, we cannot make any changes before shipment. This includes changing products, cancelling the order or changing the shipping method.

SHIPPING

Orders can take up to 48-72 hours to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24 business hours of shipment. If your items were out of stock or pre-ordered, your items will ship out as they come in stock, which may result in multiple shipments.

Yes. Please review your address before submitting your order. Items returned by USPS will automatically be refunded. We will not be able to reship your item unless a new order is placed.

Yes, we offer international shipping, with exceptions for some countries. Shipping fees paid at the time of the order do not include any necessary duties and/or taxes.
