Returns & Refunds
We’re committed to your satisfaction with S|C 360 Hair Care products. If you’re not completely satisfied, our 30-day return policy makes it easy to return eligible purchases.
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from delivery.
Condition: Products may be opened and lightly used but must have at least 50% of the product remaining in the original packaging.
Purchase Source: Only products purchased from sc360hair.com are eligible.
Exclusions: Gift cards, promotional items, and final sale products cannot be returned.
- Contact Us: Email info@sc360hair.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the Product: Securely package the product with the RMA number and original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided in the RMA email. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an order error.
- Inspection: We’ll inspect the return within 3-5 business days to confirm eligibility.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after inspection.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping fees.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If a product arrives defective or damaged, we’ll cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement after inspection.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different product, initiate a return and place a new order on sc360hair.com.
International returns are not accepted.
